Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. RT-4 cells were transfected with, control siRNA, PBRM1 siRNA probe #1, and PBRM1 siRNA probe #2 and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using anti-PBRM1 Monoclonal Antibody (CL0331) (Product # MA5-31347) used at a dilution of 1 µg/mL. Anti-PBRM1 was used as a loading control. {KD}
