POU3F4 Antibody (711871) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Brain (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Pancreas (Lane 3) and Mouse Ear (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-POU3F4 Recombinant Rabbit Superclonal™ Antibody (Product # 711871, 1:200 dilution). A ~40 kDa band corresponding to POU3F4 was observed across the relevant tissues in which the protein is expressed.
