Pan-PTPR refers to the collective group of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor (PTPR) family members, which are enzymes that dephosphorylate tyrosine residues on proteins. These receptors play key roles in regulating a variety of cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. Their dysregulation is often associated with various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders.
