ACAP1 or Centaurin beta1 (CENTB1), a GTPase-activating protein, is a member of the ADP-ribosylation factor protein family defined by several common structural motifs including coiled coil, pleckstrin homology, Arf GAP, and three complete ankyrin-repeat domains. ACAP1 is widely expressed and functions as a Arf6GAP.
