          Phospho-Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Receptor 1 (Thr428, Ser429) Antibody (7TM0212A) in WB

Agonist-induced Threonine344/Serine347 phosphorylation of NK1 Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the NK1-Receptor (NK1) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of specific NK1-Receptor Agonist Substance P for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT344/pS347-NK1 antibody (7TM0360A) at a dilution of 1:1,000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with the pho... Target Information

Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRFR1/CRHR1), a Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Receptor, is involved in mediating the stress response and anxiety-related behaviors. Mutations of the receptor reduce anxiety-related behaviors and may be involved in the pathogenesis of Cushing disease. Multiple isoforms of CRFR1 are produced by alternative splicing. CRFR1 has been reported to be expressed in the pituitary, adrenal gland, brain, colon, ovary, placenta, testis, white blood cells, and skin. ESTs have been isolated from human brain, eye, colon, and embryo libraries.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
