Phospho-DNMT1 (Ser714) Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry analysis of Phospho-DNMT1 (Ser714) in HeLa cells (heat shock treatment). Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114568). Target Information

This gene encodes a subunit of the augmin complex, which regulates centrosome and mitotic spindle integrity, and is necessary for the completion of cytokinesis. The encoded protein was identified by interaction with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase 37. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
