Phospho-HAND1 (Ser98) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of HAND1 only when phosphorylated at Ser98.
HAND1 is a transcription regulator and plays an essential role in early trophoblast differentiation and in cardiac morphogenesis. In the adult, could be required for ongoing expression of cardiac-specific genes. HAND1 binds the DNA sequence 5'-NRTCTG-3'.
