Phospho-HSL (Ser660) Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of Phospho-HSL (Ser660) in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with Phospho-HSL (Ser660) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105769) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Phospho-HSL (Ser660) Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-HSL (Ser660) in mouse kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-HSL (Ser660) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105769) using a dilution of 1:200 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Phospho-HSL (Ser660) Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Phospho-HSL (Ser660) in TNF-alpha treated HeLa whole cell lysate (absence (-) or presence (+) of non-phospho and phospho peptide). Samples were incubated with Phospho-HSL (Ser660) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105769).

Target Information

Hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) is an intracellular neutral lipase found in a variety of tissues, but primarily in adipose and steroidogenic tissues. It hydrolyzes triglycerides and cholesteryl esters. It is the major enzyme responsible for the mobilization of free fatty acids from adopise tissue.
