RALGAPA1 Antibody (MA564479) in WB
Western blot analysis of RALGAPA1 in HEK-293 lysate (15 μg). Samples were incubated with RALGAPA1 recombinant monoclonal (Product # MA564479) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RALGAPA1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate.
