PA5-21582 targets RICTOR in IF, IHC (P), and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-21582 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 1648 and 1708 of RICTOR (Uniprot ID#Q6R327).
IP-MS enrichment of RICTOR (LFQ intensity): RICTOR was enriched 122-fold from HeLa lysate compared to background proteins, using the optimized IP-MS workflow with Pierce MS-Compatible Magnetic IP Kit protein A/G (Part No. 90409) and RICTOR antibody (Part No. PA5-21582). The STRING database (www.string-db.org) was used to identify the protein interactor list. See more information on IP-MS verification of antibody selectivity. IP-MS validation info.
