PA1-31895 detects RNF87 from human samples.
PA1-31895 has been successfully used in Western blot and ELISA applications.
The PA1-31895 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide: ASLVIPPVTDRK from C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_148977; NP_149082.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. Its function has not been identified. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants.
