Immunofluorescent analysis of RSK1 p90 showing staining in the cytoplasm and nucleus of HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a RSK1 p90 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21699) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
