Endogenous Histone H3[AcK9] (red) was labeled with Rabbit anti-Histone H3[AcK9] primary antibody (710293) (1 ug/ml) (top panel) to assess signal or no primary antibody to assess background (bottom panel) in U20S human osteocarcinoma cells and visualized using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugate (A27039) (0.4 ug/ml, 1:2500).
