MA1-23273 detects RbAp48 in Human and mouse samples.
MA1-23273 has been successfully used in ChIP, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot procedures. Positive control: MOLT4, HeLa, LB22. For ICC a permeabilization step is recommended; use at a dilution of 1:500-1:1000 in PBST containing 2%BSA and 10% normal serum at 4°C overnight.

RbAp48-11G10 recognizes full length RbAp48, a 48 kDa nuclear protein first isolated by its ability to interact with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb). It is a member of the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat family of proteins. RbAp48 is one of the three subunits of CAF-1, can bind to histone H4 and is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1.
