MA1-23275 detects RbAp48 in Human samples.
MA1-23275 has been successfully used in Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot procedures.
MA1-23275 immunogen corresponds to The complete coding region (amino acids 1-425) of RbAp48 expressed in E. coli..
RbAp48-13D10 recognizes full-length RbAp48, a 48a nuclear protein first isolated by its ability to interact with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb). It is a member of the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat family of proteins. RbAp48 is one of the three subunits of CAF-1, can bind to histone H4 and is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
Dual retinoblastoma-binding proteins with properties related to a negative regulator of ras in yeast.
MA1-23275 was used in western blot to characterize RbAp46 and study its functional properties
