Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generating a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.
Rex1 is an exonuclease domain-containing transcription factor protein that can bind to Elongin. The Elongin complex stimulates the rate of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II through suppression of transient pauses of the polymerase at various sites along the DNA template. Rex1 is a putative stem cell marker that is highly expressed in embryonic and adult stem cells.
