PA5-31330 targets RhoGAP in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-31330 immunogen is recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 37 and 222 of Human RhoGAP.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Rho GTPase activating protein 5 negatively regulates RHO GTPases, a family which may mediate cytoskeleton changes by stimulating the hydrolysis of bound GTP. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
