The PA5-16586 immunogen is purified recombinant human S100 A4 monomer expressed in E. coli.
The S100A4 protein belongs to the S100 subfamily, now designated S100A1/S100A13. This antibody does not cross react with other S100 proteins. Anti-S100A4 labels fibroblasts, neuronal structures, T-lymphocytes, plasma cells and Kupffer cells in normal tissues.
