Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 22 kDa. Observed band size: 25 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Involved in transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Required to maintain SEC16A localization at discrete locations on the ER membrane perhaps by preventing its dissociation.
