PA5-31071 targets SEPT10 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-31071 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 186 and 454 of Human SEPT10.
This gene encodes a member of the septin family of cytoskeletal proteins with GTPase activity. This protein localizes to the cytoplasm and nucleus and displays GTP-binding and GTPase activity. Alternate splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
