SERBP1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue within the normal limits using anti-SERBP1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 120°C for 3min, TA800719)

SERBP1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SERBP1 (RC204527, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SERBP. Positive lysates LY422719 (100 µg) and LC422719 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

SERBP1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by CRISPR-Cas9 mediated knockout of target protein. Loss of signal was observed for target protein in SERBP1 knockout (KO) 293T cell line using Anti-SERBP1 monoclonal antibody (Product # TA800719). {KO}

Target Information

SERBP1 may play a role in the regulation of mRNA stability. It binds to the 3'-most 134 nt of the SERPINE1/PAI1 mRNA, a region which confers cyclic nucleotide regulation of message decay.
