Western blot of STAP2/BKS in mouse fetal brain lysate was performed using 35ug protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a STAP2/BKS polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37984) at a dilution of 1ug/ml and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
