PA1-18425 detects Saporin from Saponaria officinalis (Soapwort plant) samples. No cross-reactivity with other molecules has been reported.
PA1-18425 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, ELISA, and Western blot applications. A typical starting dilution is 1:200 - 1:1000, but the optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. The expected molecular weight of the purified saporin is 29.5 kDa.
The PA1-18425 immunogen is whole Saporin molecule.
After reconstitution, store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles, or at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability.
Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
