This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, rabbit, sheep, rat, guinea pig, and frog based on sequence homology.
A suggested positive control is skeletal muscle tissue.
This is highly specific and shows no cross-reaction with smooth muscle actin. This antibody reacts with sarcomeric actins of normal tissues and neoplasms derived from such tissues (i.e. rhabdomyosarcomas).
