MA1-21239 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and Western blot procedures. Boil tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room termperature for 20 minutes. Predicted molecular weight of 97 kDa. Positive control of thyroid lysate is recommended.
