MA1-10866 detects mouse sperm protein sp56 from mouse and hamster samples. MA1-10866 does not cross-react with human sperm.
MA1-10866 has been successfully used in ELISA, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry applications. MA1-18066 will react with denatured, non-reduced sp56 but not with denatured, reduced sp56.
