Immunofluorescent analysis of Streptavidin in HeLa cells. Strep/GFP-tag transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a Streptavidin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-17282) (Red) diluted at 1:500. Green: GFP is expressed in the tranfected cell. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
