Western blot analysis of Streptavidin using A) 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate and B) 30 µg whole cell lysate of strep-tagged protein expressing 293T cells. Samples were loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with a Streptavidin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-17283) at a dilution of 1:5000.

MA5-17283 targets Streptavidin in ICC, IF, IP, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The MA5-17283 immunogen is streptomyces avidinii Streptavidin.
Streptavidin is a tetrameric protein purified from Streptomyces avidinii that binds very tightly to the vitamin biotin with a Kd of ~10-14 mol/l.
