TAPBPL Antibody (68577-1-IG) in WB
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68577-1-Ig (TAPBPL antibody) at dilution of 1:10,000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

Target Information
Tapasin, or TAPBP, is a member of the variable-constant Ig superfamily that links major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules to the transporter associated with antigen processing in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The TAPBP gene is located near the MHC complex on chromosome 6p21.3. TAPBPL is a member of the Ig superfamily that is localized on chromosome 12p13.3, a region somewhat paralogous to the MHC.
