Invitrogen
This Antibody was verified by Knockout to ensure that the antibody binds to the antigen stated.
FIGURE: 1 / 4
MA1-10883 detects TATA-Binding Protein from human, mouse, and rat samples. It does not react with TBP from Drosophila, yeast, silkworms or xenopus.
MA1-10883 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation applications.
The MA1-10883 immunogen is N-terminal domain of the human TATA-binding protein (TBP).
RICH1 is a GTPase-activating protein (GAP). GAPs stimulate the intrinsic GTP hydrolysis of small G proteins, such as RHOA, RAC1, and CDC42.
