THTPA Antibody (CF806047) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY THTPA (RC200849, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-THTPA. Positive lysates LY411308 (100 µg) and LC411308 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
THTPA encodes an enzyme which catalyzes the biosynthesis of thiamine disphophate (vitamin B1) by hydrolysis of thiamine triphosphate. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
