TLE1 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Anti-TLE1 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA800299) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY TLE1(RC204037).

TLE1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue within the normal limits using anti-TLE1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min, TA800299)

TLE1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TLE1 (RC204037, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TLE1. Positive lysates LY417561 (100 µg) and LC417561 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

TLE1 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — HEK293T cells transfected with either RC204037 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-TLE1 antibody (TA800299), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Target Information

Transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. Inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression. Inhibits the transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, and by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The effects of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES. Unusual function as coactivator for ESRRG.
