MA1-21469 detects Thy1 in Mouse and Rat samples.
MA1-21469 has been successfully used in FACS, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen) and Immunomicroscopy procedures. Use 10µl of the suggested dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100µl.
MA1-21469 immunogen corresponds to Full length protein (Rat).
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Recognises the Thy-1.1 antigenic determinant which is a monomorphic determinant within rat strains but polymorphic in mice. Thus MRC OX-7 reacts with Thy-1.1 mice eg. AKR strain, but not Thy-1.2 mice eg. CBA, BALB/c.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
NGF Expression in Reelin-Deprived Retinal Cells: A Potential Neuroprotective Effect.
