Western blot of USB1/C16orf57 in human skin lysate was performed using 35ug protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a USB1/C16orf57 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37975) at a dilution of 0.3ug/ml and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
