Immunofluorescent analysis of alpha sarcomeric Actin showing staining in the cytoskeleton of HeLa cells. HeLa cells were fixed in 0.5% Triton X-100 for 1 min, then ice-cold methanol for 5 min and stained using an Alpha sarcomeric Actin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21396) diluted at 1:200. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
