betacellulin Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of betacellulin in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer tissue. Samples were incubated in betacellulin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46928) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

betacellulin Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of betacellulin in MCF‚7 human breast cancer cell line and OVCAR‚3 human ovarian carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in betacellulin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46928) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Betacellulin/BTC at approximately 32 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

betacellulin Antibody in Neutralization (Neu) — Neutralization of betacellulin in Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. Samples were incubated in betacellulin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46928). Recombinant Human Betacellulin/BTC stimulates proliferation in the Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Betacellulin/BTC (1 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human Betacellulin/BTC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.04‚0.08 µg/mL.
