Immunofluorescent analysis of cytochrome c oxidase subunit VIa polypeptide 2 precursor showing staining in the mitochondria of SK-N-SH cells. SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37°C for 30 min and stained using a cytochrome c oxidase subunit VIa polypeptide 2 precursor polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21922) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
