HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21719) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
