Advanced Instrument Familiarization Training

Our advanced user instrument familiarization program provides structured, in-person training led by certified, experienced field service engineers (FSEs). Each session delivers standardized instruction and practical, hands-on experience focused on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HPLC systems (including Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core, Vanquish Flex, Vanquish Horizon, and Vanquish Neo instruments) and LS/MS systems (Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Exploris series, Thermo Scientific TSQ series, and other HRAM instruments). Key topics covered in each of the in-person offerings (availability varies by country):

Half-day Advanced Familiarization Training
Introduction to essential safety information, instrument theory, hardware overview, practical system use (from loading samples to acquiring and processing data), and user maintenance with basic troubleshooting.

Full-day Advanced Familiarization Training
Introduction to essential safety information, instrument theory, hardware overview, practical system use (from loading samples to acquiring and processing data), and user maintenance with basic troubleshooting. PLUS hands on training with software functions, interactive maintenance of standard parts, and troubleshooting of data errors and corrective actions.

Advanced Familiarization During PM
Introduction to essential safety information, instrument theory, hardware overview, user maintenance with basic troubleshooting, user serviceable parts demonstration, and post-PM testing.
