Overview
The software release 2.0 (SW version 2.0.2176.433) for Countess 3 and Countess 3 FL automated cell counters contains new features which are listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Software version 2.0.2176.433 is required for all future updates.
This is an update from version 1.4.2064.639.
New features
- Inclusion of Preset Protocols for faster and more accurate counts.
- The scatterplots for fluorescent counts now display dual-positive cells in a distinct color for easier identification.
- Added explanatory text to the Predilution Calculator to provide clearer understanding of its functionality.
- Enabled out-of-range cell concentration alerts on the Results screen to strengthen confidence in reported data.
- Cell data can now be exported in CSV format alongside the existing FCS option, improving accessibility to single-cell data.
- Count mode has been added to the Edit Protocol and Protocol Details screens along with existing protocol parameters.
- Recent Windows security updates have been incorporated into the Software to strengthen system protection
- Removed BF only notification for rapid capture without any light cube to avoid user confusion.
