Change in gene expression during EB formation with H9 ESCs
Gene expression over a one week time course of EB formation with H9 ESCs was measured using the TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard™ Panel & Analysis Software and expressed as the fold change relative to the reference set. Markers of the undifferentiated state are down-regulated over the course of EB formation, as shown by the blue shading. Markers of the three germ layers are upregulated over the course of EB formation, demonstrated by the red shading.
