Endogenous nucleostemin (green) in U20S human osteocarcinoma cells was labeled with Mouse anti-nucleostemin primary antibody, and visualized using Goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate (A28175) (0.4 ug/ml, 1:2500). Nuclei (blue) were stained with SlowFade® Gold Antifade Mountant using DAPI (S36938) (1:50). F-actin (red) was stained with Alexa Fluor® 594 Phalloidin (A12381) (1:200).
