HeLa cell plasma membrane staining using CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain

HeLa cells were loaded with 500 nM CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain in Live Cell Imaging Solution for 20 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then washed with Live Cell Imaging Solution and imaged 10 minutes after dye loading/wash steps. Image acquired at 630X magnification using a confocal microscope.
