The solution comprises both Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) capabilities by utilizing Thermo Scientific™ Core LIMS™ and Core ELN™ software. Prepackaged configurations for sample registration, inventory management, and instrument management are included in the solution. To specifically support your genomics research data, we have configured experiments for qPCR, Next Generation Sequencing, and Sanger/Capillary Electrophoresis workflows.
The deployment of this solution will occur in the Amazon Web Services cloud and will be managed by Thermo Fisher. The team at Thermo Fisher is ready to support your cloud deployment and has continuous monitoring in place to help ensure that your data is safe and secure. In addition, utilizing a cloud infrastructure to support your SARS-CoV-2 research makes your data accessible 24x7x365 for collaboration.
