In this application note, our Thermo Scientific NanoDrop Spectrophotometer with Thermo Scientific Acclaro Intelligence Technology Software was used to perform a full spectral analysis of DNA samples. The advanced algorithms of Acclaro Software are able to deconvolute DNA and RNA signal, correctly indicating how much DNA is present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size:100%\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/us\/en\/home\/industrial\/spectroscopy-elemental-isotope-analysis\/molecular-spectroscopy\/ultraviolet-visible-visible-spectrophotometry-uv-vis-vis\/uv-vis-vis-instruments\/uv-vis-spectroscopy-protein-measurement.html?cid=7010z000001DAta\"><strong>UV-Vis Protein Quantitation e-Book<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our Protein Quantification e-Book provides a collection of technical documents for the NanoDrop One Spectrophotometer.
