We want to say thank you this week to all those workers who are in the steel mills and fabricating shops, analyzing alloys and measuring metals to help ensure we get the best knives and flatware, pots and pans, serving utensils, platters, and other metal items we use during the holidays — even the aluminum pie plates and aluminum foil we use to wrap up the leftovers.
