With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Adam has played a key role in the startup and operationalization of five major biotech manufacturing facilities, including Genentech, Amgen, Biogen, Baxter, and GenVec. Before joining Thermo Fisher, he served as Global Lead for Single-Use Technologies at Roche\/Genentech, leading global initiatives in process technology deployment, tech transfer, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
