Endocytosis of EGF in A431 cells
A431 cells were loaded with 5 µg/mL pHrodo™ Red EGF Conjugate (Cat. No. P35374) at 37°C for 30 minutes. Cells on right were pretreated with 25 µg/mL unlabeled EGF, which internalized most of the EGF receptors from the surface, thus reducing the staining of pHrodo™ Red EGF Conjugate. Images were taken by a fluorescent microscope, while using standard TRITC filter set.
