Customers operating under analytically validated workflows must follow current Instructions for Use (IFU) and/or perform analytical validation according to their standard operating procedures.
The desktop instrument operating software enables users to operate QuantStudio 12K Flex instrument. The software can be run with security, audit, and e-signature (SAE) enabled.
The companion OpenArray Accufill software is also available to assist with OpenArray plate preparation.
Design & Analysis 2 (DA2) software enables users to set up run templates, open completed run files to analyze data, and review results in an integrated and streamlined fashion. The software provides a suite of secondary analysis modules for specific qPCR applications. The software also supports OpenArray image visualization for quality control and troubleshooting.
While DA2 software can be run with security, audit, and e-signature (SAE) enabled, this feature does not apply to the QuantStudio 12K system.
Diomni Design and Analysis 3.x (DA3) is designed to complement the instrument software by extending the following advanced data analysis and results review capabilities across the QuantStudio qPCR instrument family, including QuantStudio 12K systems:
