Joy joined Triton Analytics in 2012 after almost 30 years with Shell where she enjoyed a career in the laboratory and corporate affairs. As an analytical research chemist at Westhollow Technology Center - Houston, she developed/applied a variety of mass spectrometry methods in support of the oil products and chemicals businesses, in a multi-disciplined analytical team setting. Joy holds a degree in microbiology from Louisiana State University and a degree in chemistry from the University of Houston.
